Privacy notice

The ICAIEA 2026 organising committee uses the information supplied with abstracts for submission review, author correspondence, conference administration and preparation of proceedings.

Abstract submissions

The submission button opens Google Forms, a third-party service. The form collects author names, affiliations, email addresses, contact numbers, paper information and any doctoral thesis details you choose to submit. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that service.

Review access

The reviewer area is restricted to authorised accounts. Submission and review records are not public. Reviewers are expected to keep manuscripts and review information confidential.

Enquiries

The enquiry box prepares a message in your email application. The website does not send or store that message. It reaches the organising committee only when you choose to send it.

WhatsApp participation

Joining any conference WhatsApp group is optional. Other group members may see your phone number and profile details. Join only through an invitation shared by the organising committee.
